Promocell Marketing and Advertising is looking for an Account Manager to handle the relationship with customers and manage projects (production and field staff)

In this role, you should work on managing and developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders (customers, manufacturers, suppliers), connecting with key business executives, preparing reports, recruiting and monitoring the performance of field staff, supervising projects, as well as answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing customers

Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Develop and modify processes to maximize efficiency

Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives and manufacturers and suppliers

Estimate, negotiate and develop budgets and timescales with management

Plan and organise project schedules

Determine account quality control standard

Re-negotiate timescales or schedules as necessary

Work closely with senior management, project management and finance management.

Ensure the timely and successful implementation and delivery of projects, according to customer needs and objectives,

Plan and organize training sessions and onboard and dispatch field staff

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement

Prepare bimonthly reports on account status

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

  Requirements

Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

Solid experience with CRM, sales software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, communication, Sales or relevant field
