Job details

1-Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding issuance/renewal of visa, labour card, airport pass, company ID, staff tickets, etc.
2-Follow up leave salaries of Ramp staffs with the payroll section and other monetary matters for staffs.
3-Prepare the SOR (overtime calculations) of all Ramp staffs and entering them through the system.
4-Entering/verifying annual absent/leave/sick leaves through the system.
5-Monitor the absenteeism of ramp staffs and reporting the same to human resources for action.
6-Verify and action any complaints from staff regarding accuracy of their salaries, etc.
7-Accompany and ensure staffs are present during disciplinary hearings and be as witness.
8-Prepare the requisitions of staff uniform through the ERP system.
9-Prepare and submit monthly section-wise Leaves, Absenteeism and Overtime Summary Report to Officer – Ramp Administration.
10-Ensure dissemination of memos and circulars to all sections of Ramp Services.
11-Ensure compliance to safety and security regulations.
12-Update knowledge of current company policy and procedures by reading, memo, circulars and manual updates.
