The Manager of Affiliation Office provides a range of operational services to the Director of the Affiliation Office.  The role coordinates all operational support activities of the Office of Affiliation. The manager actively engages with HMC and Sidra care providers to integrate services provided at Sidra, and by Sidra staff at other sites. The manager provides business analytics for the Director, provides oversight of coordinators associated with the role and will work in close collaboration with senior administrative staff within HMC and Sidra
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES::
Works alongside the Director and ensures the effective daily operations of all services within the affiliation office
Aids in the monitoring overall financial performance of the Affiliation Office(revenue, expenses and philanthropic funds)
Assists the director on financial, business, human resources, IT and facilities matters by acting as the reference point
Aids in the collection, analysis and presentation of monthly performance data (financial, HR and volume metrics) to the Affiliation leadership
Aids in the promotion and positioning of the Affiliation Office, strategic planning, governmental affairs requirements and physician outreach
Aids in monitoring and controlling contract administration, ensuring that business aspects of contracts are conducted according to good business practices and that Sidra requirement are fulfilled
Aids in identifying and utilizing best practices to accommodate and facilitate operations, in accordance with Sidra policies and procedures
Aids in directing and facilitating information flow within the Affiliation Office and to external sources to ensure effective communication and the dissemination/feedback of workplace information
Works collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff across the organizations
Adheres to SidraÂ’s standards as they appear in the Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policies
 In view of the evolving needs and opportunities within Sidra during this pre-operational phase, this position may be required to perform other duties as assigned and reporting relationships may vary
