HSE Manager

Position: HSE Manager Location : Offshore, Qatar Project : Brownfield EPC Shutdown (Oil & Gas) Job Type : Shutdown Key Responsibilities Lead the HSE strategy and planning for allshutdown-specific activitiesin compliance with Qatar Energy standards and ISO certifications (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001). Conduct pre-shutdown safety audits and manage Permit to Work (PTW) protocols during intensive execution windows. Interface with client HSE teams and subcontractors to maintain seamless compliance across all disciplines. Lead incident investigations and enforce timely corrective actions with full documentation and follow-up. Requirements ·English bilingual, Mandarin preferred as optional ·Must have Qatar official certification or any other valid safety certification · Minimum of 10 years of safety experience specific to the contract's scope of work · Minimum of 3 years offshore experience · BOSIET and H2S certificate · Employ subject to QE approval Why Join Spemocean?
