REQUIREMENTS:

    Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

    Completed at least 2 years in college with 1 year Real Estate Sales experience.

    Willing to do field work within Metro Manila.

    Required skill(s): Presentation, Demonstration and Client Management.

    Accredited Sales Person under the PRC and HLURB is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Manage, sell and promote inventories of all SMDC projects.

    Find effective strategies to gain leads and convert to prospected clients.

    Prepare and facilitate client presentations.

    Render overall Customer Service.

Allowance:

3% Commission per Sale       

Location:  Will be Assigned in SM SM North Edsa
