Our unique market position and reputation lead to trusted relationships and repeat business.Due to a strong pipeline of projects, our Abu Dhabi team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Interior Designer - Site Architect to undertake a variety of projects across the region.Responsibilities: Collaborate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate execution of design concepts during construction.Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations.Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept, budget, and timeline.Identify and address design-related challenges during construction, proposing solutions to maintain design intent.Prepare and maintain accurate records, including site reports, progress photos, and quality control documentation.Act as a point of contact for clients (if required), providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.Work closely with contractors to clarify design details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure adherence to plans and drawings.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design; additional certifications in construction management are a plus.Proven experience in construction site management, especially in interior design projects.Experience coordinating with contractors and tradespeople.Proficient in CAD, 3D modeling (BIM), and relevant tools.Strong knowledge of local building codes and standards.Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail and commitment to design integrity.Ability to address challenges effectively and work collaboratively in a team.Our Commitment to You: We support your needs by providing tools to do your best work, recognizing achievements, and encouraging curiosity.
