Greetings from NES Fircorft!Currently we are hiring for below role: Structural Engineer Location: Abu Dhabi Site Industry: Exp with villas, hosptality, residential Middle East Experience is required What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee and coordinate structural inspection activities on site Analyze project documents, codes, and standards to ensure contractor compliance Supervise and guide a team of inspectors with a hands-on leadership approach Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical submittals Conduct audits and support QA/QC processes throughout the project lifecycle Resolve technical issues alongside the Project Engineer and Design Team Raise and track NCRs for non-conformances and drive issue resolution Attend coordination meetings and progress reviews, offering expert insights Support snagging, handover, and project closure with a focus on quality Maintain detailed reporting of site progress, activities, and structural challenges Monitor Health & Safety standards and intervene if unsafe practices are observed What You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s or post-grad preferred)Membership in a recognized engineering institution (e.g., CEng, PE) is an advantage7+ years of experience in structural supervision and design on large-scale projects in the Middle East/UAEProven track record with high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments Deep knowledge of structural design, codes, materials, and construction methodology Strong documentation skills including reports, drawings, NCRs, and change records Team leadership experience with the ability to coordinate effectively across disciplines Ability to interpret complex technical issues and provide practical, timely solutions You Are: A technically sound structural expert Hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure A clear communicator with a collaborative mindset Detail-focused with a passion for precision and structural excellence Committed to safety, quality, and best practice delivery If interested please share your resumes on wearehiring@nesfircroft.com With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturingsectors worldwide.
