As a Call Centre Agent, you will ensure that the highest standards in switchboard operation is demonstrated at all times. Your key responsibilities will include process all incoming and outgoing telephone calls accurately, assists guests with international calls and directory queries and be fully conversant with the hotel's emergency procedures. You will have a good knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services, daily functions and promotions and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximise hotel sales.
