The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering complex geotechnical design solutions across major infrastructure projects including highways, motorways, rail, active travel schemes, and drainage works. This is a crucial position within our Geotechnical team, supporting the delivery of multidisciplinary design projects for both public and private sector clients across Ireland.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage geotechnical input on large-scale civil infrastructure projects.Prepare and review geotechnical design calculations, reports, specifications, and drawings.Provide technical mentorship to junior staff within the geotechnical team.Undertake ground investigation scoping, design, supervision, and interpretation.Collaborate with civil, structural, and environmental engineering teams.Liaise with project stakeholders, clients, and contractors during design and construction phases.Ensure that all geotechnical design work is delivered to the highest quality and safety standards in accordance with Eurocodes and Irish/UK standards.Qualifications Bachelors degree Seniority level Senior Employment type Full-time Job function Consulting Industries Civil Engineering Note: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Egis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
