Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily client visits
- Generate own leads
- Proactively source, contact clients and provide face-to-face presentations.
- Take ownership of the whole sales process
- Educate potential clients on how our services work and how it can help them solve their talents needs.
- Achieve monthly sales target
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-3 years of B2B consultative sales experience
- A proven performer with a good track record
- Go-getter personality
Skills Required:
- Experienced in Sales CRM
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Well versed in English Language
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knows how to drive is a plus
We need someone with 3-5 years' experience in consultative sales
He must have experience in selling one of the following: recruitment services, outsourcing services, training services, consulting services, IT software or web development services
He must have strong computer skills
Age not more than 35 years
