In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machinery. The position demands strong mechanical and electrical expertise, along with the ability to provide operator training and technical support to ensure optimal machine performance.Key Responsibilities Install and commission CNC machines, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software setup .Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with service plans and client agreements.Diagnose and troubleshoot machine faults, both on-site and remotely .Collaborate with the technical team for complex troubleshooting and software upgrades.Provide comprehensive operator training to ensure safe and efficient use of machinery.Maintain accurate service reports, machine history records, and spare parts usage logs.Follow all safety, quality, and compliance standards during service and installation work.Travel within the UAE (and occasionally internationally) to carry out service assignments.Qualifications & Skills Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics , or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machine installation, servicing, and maintenance (experience with aluminum fabrication equipment is an advantage).Strong technical knowledge of mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, pneumatic systems , and CNC control software.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics .Hands-on experience in troubleshooting PLC-based systems and CNC controls.Excellent communication skills in English ( Mandarin or Arabic is an advantage).Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.Why Join Skyview Arabia?At Skyview Arabia, we believe that our team is our greatest asset.
