As Senior Manager, Communications, the role is central to this change - building trust, driving engagement, and embedding new ways of working through clear, impactful storytelling across all communication channels.ROLE PROFILEResponsible for positioning, promoting, and protecting the brand and reputation of Majid Al Futtaim within the scope of the role.Partners and aligns with the Corporate Communications team to co-develop and deliver comprehensive engagement activities to achieve organisational, business, and brand goals.Leads the design and execution of communications of, and engagement in the Employee Value Proposition/Customer Value Proposition programmes Collaborates leadership team members to support internal, external and digital product and communication needs.Develops an indepth understanding as to the competitive landscape to ensure communications advisory and contribution are relevant, grounded and fitting of the Company’s position as a regional market leader and key contributor to global dialogues.Partners with Marketing and Brand teams to create and coordinate multimedia/omnichannel product campaigns .Works with Corporate Communications and agencies of record, measures and evaluates success of campaigns when completed.Provides strategic counsel and guidance to the CEO and management team to ensure all relevant communications engagements are in line with Majid Al Futtaim’s corporate communications strategy, objectives, policies, and guideline REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in journalism or communications or any relevant major.Ten to fifteen years of related experience writing and editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects highly preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.Excellent verbal and written communication in English across multiple formats and channels.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects.Proficient in developing content for written, graphic, digital, and face-to-face communication channels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
