Educational Qualification: Secondary School, Intermediate School, or any Graduation Nationality: Any Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description Minimum 2 years POST CONTRACT QS experience working with a Fit Out Contractor in the Gulf. Academic qualification as a QS Degree or HND. Ability to take off quantities using Auto CAD and Planswift, and prepare BOQ for variations. Ability to prepare, negotiate, and finalize Monthly Payment Applications and agree on Payment Certificates. Checking subcontractors' payment applications and issuing payment certificates. Desired Candidate Profile Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction contracts, demonstrating a foundational understanding of the industry. Professional certifications such as RICS or AIQS are preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions quickly.
