Our team solves tough, meaningful problems to create a safer, more secure world.Role Overview The Qatar Patriot Depot Maintenance Lead supports the in-country Operation Manager and Field Manager. Responsibilities include testing, check-out, repair, and maintenance of PATRIOT major end items and supporting equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing training. The position is located in Doha, Qatar.Key Responsibilities Ensure successful execution of all in-country Raytheon sustainment efforts and customer satisfaction.Respond promptly to customer requests.Coordinate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.Prioritize activities and deconflict schedules.Provide leadership and motivate team members.Identify and analyze problems, develop solutions.Required Qualifications Experience with Patriot Missile System Radar equipment operation, sustainment, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of Patriot Radar software and diagnostic tools.Proficiency with external test equipment.Completion of Patriot System Intermediate Maintenance Course or equivalent.Ability to work in extreme environments and lift 50 pounds.Preferred Qualifications Eight years of Patriot Depot maintenance experience on Configuration III+ Patriot Equipment.Experience with Raytheon Quality Control, system integration, and refurbishment processes.Experience with program management tools and international Patriot programs.Strong interpersonal, training, and decision-making skills.Education Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Applied Science with 10 years of related experience, or equivalent experience/substitutions.What We Offer Comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, wellness programs, and career development opportunities.Additional Information U.S. citizenship and security clearance required.
