Project Planner - (Design team - Mixed Used Development)

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Planner to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Operating in 100 countries, Egis puts the expertise of its 19,500 employees at the service of its clients and develops cutting-edge innovations accessible to all projects.Responsibilities Develop, evaluate, and compile comprehensive project schedules for large-scale projects Utilise advanced scheduling software to create and maintain detailed project timelines Monitor and document project progress, identifying potential delays or conflicts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse project data Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks Assist in resource allocation and optimisation across multiple projects Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project planning efficiency Provide expert advice on scheduling concepts and best practices to project teams Contribute to the development of project management methodologies and standards Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates to ensure project alignment with objectives Qualifications Minimum of 08 years'' experience in project planning and scheduling Proven track record of successful project delivery in various industries Extensive knowledge of scheduling software, including Primavera and Sure Trak Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project schedules Bachelor''s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration)Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and best practices Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities Experience in mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management Industries Design Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Egis by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
