You will develop and implement extensive product marketing plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling product messaging, and ensuring the successful launch of new products and features.The opportunity To be at the forefront of AI-based digital transformation initiatives for the public sector and large enterprises, leading the product marketing function of a high-visibility industry that is involved in national-scale program deployments across diverse industries.Core42 is the UAEs national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Groups expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.Responsibilities Functional Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, aligning with our overall business objectives.Create compelling product messaging and collateral, developing messaging and positioning for our products value propositions informed by market analysis and research.Define and be the steward of the product brand and messaging, owning how they are developed into our sales and marketing campaigns.Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams to drive product launch activities and ensure successful market adoption.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.Drive content creation for marketing campaigns, including whitepapers, case studies, and other sales enablement materials.Work with the Marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing plans, creating compelling content for our target audience across all stages of their customer journeyincluding infographics, whitepapers, blog, video demos, webinars, product videos, how to guides, etc.)Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.Understand the market and competitor landscape and be an expert on the buyer and buyer behavior.Collaborate with the Product, and Sales teams to create a continuous feedback loop between product design, launch, sales, and marketing activities.Work with the product teams to create product marketing launch and release plans that drive business goals.Oversee the successful delivery of relevant and timely communication in the press, PR, social media, at industry events, etc.Support and train our sales channels with product collateral that effectively disseminates our key communication messages.Communicate and steward the Core42 brand guidelines and ethos, becoming a thought leader in the industry.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or above in Information Technology, Engineering (Computer Science/Telecommunication/Electrical), or equivalent Relevant marketing or product management certifications5 years+ experience in product marketing or B2B marketing Experience in a technical industry Must be able to work in an environment of rapid change and uncertainty What We Look For If you are a performance-driven, inquisitive mind with the agility to adapt to ambiguity, you will fit right in.
