A Business Development Manager is in charge of: (a) the marketing of Silkor Group and its services; (b) the generation of new client prospects and leads for Silkor centers; and (c) development of new and existing business opportunities for Silkor Group; with a view to increasing revenues generated by Silkor and its affiliated centers in the geographic area of coverage to which the Business Development Manager has been assigned.
Candidates coming from the following industry are encouraged to apply -
a) Laser Clinics / Medical; or
b) Aesthetics / Dermatology; or
c) Health & Wellness / Medical Spa
Key Responsibilities:
The basic responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include, but not limited to the following:
a) Develop new business opportunities and follow up on existing ones;
b) Plan, prepare and deliver marketing presentations;
c) Attend corporate events, conferences, seminars, and social gatherings;
d) Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data;
e) Coordinate events including trade shows, exhibitions, festivals, promotions and openings ceremonies;
f) Manage online marketing campaigns and help in writing material for publication on blogs and social networking websites; and
g) Coordinate with the local PR agencies / Media.
Skills Required -
Experience in Sales & Business Development is a MUST aside from the following:
a) Excellent written & oral communication skills - English & ARABIC;
b) At least 3-5 years' KUWAIT experience in the same field;
c) Possess wide network of connections in Kuwait, especially in related business;
d) Ability to communicate effectively with all kinds of people
e) Good computer skills (MS Excel/Word/Power Point)
