You will build relationships with potential buyers, present properties, and close deals to help achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Proactively source and generate new channel partner leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives. Provide clients with expert advice on property options, pricing, and financing solutions while delivering prompt responses and exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle. Customize presentations to highlight property features and benefits tailored to the specific needs and interests of prospective buyers. Lead negotiations and successfully close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction while consistently meeting performance goals. Stay informed on market trends, property valuations, and competitor offerings to provide accurate insights and maintain a strong competitive advantage. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by managing client interactions, partner engagement, sales progression, and pipeline activity. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience during the sales process and through comprehensive after-sales support Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 1 to 3+ years of sales experience with a Real estate developer in Dubai Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional proficiency in French/Russian is a plus.
