BIM Architect / Civil Engineer

Specialism Engineering / Civil / Mechanical Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect or Civil Engineer to support the planning and execution of construction and design projects through Building Information Modeling (BIM). The successful candidate will be responsible for producing and managing digital models, ensuring coordination among disciplines, and supporting the design team with technical input and clash detection. This role requires a high level of accuracy, technical expertise, and collaboration with stakeholders across various departments.Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and update BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and consistency.Perform clash detection and coordinate between disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP).Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation for tender and construction phases.Support site teams with BIM-based construction planning and sequencing.Assist in implementing and maintaining BIM standards and workflows.Participate in coordination meetings and provide BIM-related insights to enhance project delivery.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant BIM experience in the AEC industry.Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Auto CAD.Strong understanding of design and construction processes.Excellent attention to detail and technical accuracy.Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Familiarity with ISO 19650 and BIM standards is a plus.Experience with 4D/5D BIM and coordination platforms is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
