1.Proficiency of GDS - Amadeus , Galileo , Sabre . Preference will be for Galileo

2.Preferably has done IATA course

3.Preparing of flight itineraries including multiple leg flights

4.Through knowledge of Fare construction

5.Ability to perform various kinds of reservation transactions which include booking and ticketing

6.Ensured correct formatting of ticket transaction data.

7.Confirm domestic and international tickets by Speaking to Airline sales team.

8.Through knowledge of Airline Refund process

9.Knowledge of group ticketing

10.Assisting passengers with

a.Ticketing

b.Rescheduling

c.Seat assignment

d.Check-in

e.Queries about flight schedules and fares,

11.Monitor all corporate bookings, receive.

12.Pre & Post Flight checks (Queues) / Seat / Meal Request.

13.Interact with Clients to troubleshoot on complaints & ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery service norms.

14.Ensuring accurate fare quotes and reporting and clarifying any discrepancies with respective GDS / Airlines follow Fares and Taxes.

15.Good Microsoft excel skills
