Job details
The individual will be responsible for maintaining a quality database of information on multiple platforms. The individual will also be required to learn and understand technical aspects of LED in order to assist the sales team with all the technical help.
Responsibilities:
Data management on multiple platforms - SAP-Plytix -Website
Sales technical assistance
Learning about LED products and assisting sales team with technical and data related help
Responsible for making sure all the data of different regions is all up to date.
Requirements:
Experience in data industry and customer service industry is a must.
Good Microsoft Excel skills
Strong attention to detail in regards to data management
Experience in SAP is a Plus
High ownership and self drove individual
Good Communication skills
