Role overview A Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for identifying and providing training to internal customers to ensure an excellent staff experience. This role involves working with various departments to meet their training objectives. What will I be doing As a Learning & Development Coordinator, your responsibilities include: Providing quality training to internal customers Assisting in coordinating and administering Vocational Qualifications Adhering to the in-house training plan Systematically identifying training and development needs across the hotel in collaboration with Line Managers, Department Heads, HR, and Training Managers Supporting departments in achieving their training goals and reviewing progress monthly Preparing, organizing, administering, and conducting in-house training courses such as Recruitment, Selection, Discipline, and Grievance procedures Ensuring new employees receive departmental and legal training Holding monthly departmental meetings with trainers to address training needs Required Experience IC #J-18808-Ljbffr
