Infrastructure Systems Engineer

Tasks and Responsibilities: Design and plan the network, its systems, and the proposed infrastructure for the office, providing recommendations and periodic improvements.Document and update network diagrams and configurations.Maintain a thorough understanding of the management of the office's internal and external networks, troubleshoot problems, understand systems and configurations, and ensure their availability to all users.Continuously manage, update, and maintain servers, applications, virtual containers, and manage backup and storage systems.Manage firewalls, update their policies, and ensure compliance with best practices.Continuously improve the performance of databases, networks, servers, and systems implemented in the office environment.Work on integration and upgrades between systems, ensuring their implementation from development to testing, demonstration, and production environments.Manage the data center and hosting environment, ensuring adequate capacity.Provide technical support and guidance to IT department staff.Prepare reports, document procedures, and record periodic changes to infrastructure and networks.Perform any other tasks related to the department's work or as assigned by the department director.Requirements, Duties, and Academic Degree: A bachelor's or master's degree in networking, computer science, or equivalent, with at least 12 years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, and systems integration.Experience with various infrastructure technologies, including virtualization, containers, storage, databases, cloud Iaa S, Active Directory, IPS, Fednet, VMware, Paa S, ESXi, v Center, Exchange, VLANs, VDI, and Cisco products.Knowledge of SDWAN, WAF, VPN, WAN, and LAN systems and solutions.Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Windows Server, Linux, Unix, and Red Hat.Familiarity with programming languages like JAVA, Python, and .NET.Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001/2002, UAE AI frameworks.Possession of professional certifications such as CISSP, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, CSM, CCNP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
