Improve the ability of PWA to manage the highway network efficiently and independently

Change the PWA skills portfolio & map to the transformation to the new organisation
What makes this role unique?
This role is an excellent opportunity to work directly with our major client to help design and deliver the OD & Training agenda, whilst ensuring the correct policies and procedures are in place for the client to take this forward independently.
What will this role involve?
Design, develop and deliver training and development programmes from scratch including workshops, manuals and all other relevant material
Design and develop of Graduate development programmes
Deliver Performance Management system.
Develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for all Qatari employees
Facilitating workshops to communicate the PWA vision, mission and values
Enhance people management skills and create performance culture
Identify knowledge transfer tools and methods for delivery
Deliver work ethics workshop and etiquette required within Roads O&M to live the PWA values
Conduct an end of year review workshop, with coaching on objective reviews, performance management and feedback to conclude the process of achieving targets and building on new objectives moving forward
Agree a set of KPIs that can be used within Roads O&M and Corporate HR to monitor change and development
