Export Sales Executive
Description
Responsibilities: Provide support to the Export Sales department with information and documentation regarding the products being handled while providing ongoing support and information to key customers of the company. Actively work on increasing sales to the existing customer base and finding new leads/prospects. Achieve the allocated sales target while maintaining profitability. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Call, prepare quotations, and visit customers to ascertain needs and interests along with order follow-up and negotiating prices. Book orders and arrange for the delivery of products sold, while organizing licenses and other legal requirements for certain products, managing administration, such as orders, contracts, and export documents. Book, coordinate, and supervise the loading of containers along with facilitating carrier payments. Submit orders to the factories or suppliers and monitor sourcing of products and their manufacturing while facilitating timely orders. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. Collect customer payments and follow-ups, handling grievances if any. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. Coordinate activities among the procurement, logistics, and finance departments to facilitate smooth initiation and completion of orders. Requirements: Can join immediately. With UAE driver license.
