Assistant Chief Steward

Hotel: Doha - The City (DOHWB), West Bay, 22178 As Asst. Chief Steward , you are responsible for assisting the Stewarding Manager in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all food processing facilities.Promote the desired work culture by embodying the 5 winning ways: Do the Right thing, Show we care, Aim Higher, Celebrate Difference, Work better together. Provide operational assistance and direction to ensure the smooth running of the stewarding department Supervise all stewarding staff, facilities, operations, and manage costs Oversee sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene, and quality of products and services Ensure proper use of chemicals and cleaning accessories Coordinate with the Stewarding Manager to establish and manage stock levels and approve requisitions Collaborate with the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or Outlet Manager to plan daily requirements Maintain records of health inspections, attendance, and casual employees Implement measures to prevent loss of silverware and flatware Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to ensure health and safety of guests and staff, and to conserve the environment Comply with hotel environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures How do I deliver this?
