Job details

Assist with, prepare and organize all paper and online recruitment requisitions for the Qatar location
Arrange and coordinate interviews and capture the feedback
Prepare all necessary reports and recruitment statistics as directed. All recruitment activity statistics to be available instantly. Open positions list, list of all recruitment activities, candidatesÂ’ selection and interviewing history etc.
Work closely with Engineering/Project and Line Managers to manage project mobilization/demobilization and transfer of internal candidates.
Work closely with the Engineering Manager to update periodically the recruitment status
