Marketing manager will provide product direction as well as implement day-to-day direct marketing activities. Specific activities will include product positioning and messaging, creating tools and materials to grow sales and awareness, and planning go-to-market strategies and programs across company. The Marketing Manager will help drive us to the next level of success as we continue to grow and expand into new markets. Essential Responsibilities: • Be confident and effective in written and oral communications across a spectrum of forums ranging from large groups to written papers. • Act as internal and external company evangelist for our products. • Provide company with market intelligence, product knowledge and industry expertise to help drive new customer acquisition. • Act as spokesperson in situations where product expertise and positioning is required. • Determine, develop and drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities across the full company range of products and services within the existing customer base. • Construct and deliver effective programs to deliver content and messages to customers and prospects via media such as launch events, brochures, promotional letters, emails regional workshops, webinars, blogs and press. • Develop product positioning, tactical marketing communications plans, and training/ education. • Work effectively cross-functionally to drive to target achievement. Additionally monitor marketing spend and campaign ROI and overall effectiveness. • Identify online opportunities, and develop association and business relationships to advance our business. • Identify customer profiles and segmentation and tailor solution to meet customer needs. • Produce, monitor and control the effectiveness of all marketing and promotional material including brochures, promotional letters, email and web marketing material. • Merge and purge data files for direct marketing promotions. • Support the development of new market segments by identifying sources for database expansion in these segments and the product bundles to meet a specific market need. Educations/Qualifications: • BA/BS degree in Marketing or Business, or related degree. MBA or advanced degree – preferred Knowledge: • Minimum seven to ten years direct marketing • Minimum five years working with marketing, sales and operations teams • Proficiency with any CRM tool such as salesforce.com SAP database and reporting, preferable Resumes in word to email@example.com
