We would like to give the opportunity for someone with an interest and passion in marketing to come on board as a part-time Marketing Executive. This is a 3-month duration, which will be reviewed at the end of the term. This role will be dynamic and fun, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience.
You will work alongside the Director focusing on promotional and product marketing, building brand awareness in line with the brand vision. You will take a lead role with minimal supervision; essentially adopting Neriyah Shades as your own business. A professional and business-like approach is expected; accompanied by a credible personal presence, considerable initiative, and self-motivation.
You will be active in researching 'the new & the next' in creative, innovation & industry updates. Constantly be on the lookout for innovating & exciting new opportunities that would add value to the consumer experience. You will develop social media content, analyzing effectiveness of social media campaigns and proposing to innovate ideas. Liaising with PR agencies to ensure the company receives the best possible press Managing events and representing the company brand. Seeking out new opportunities to raise brand awareness .
Conducting market research,
Attending fashion shows, outings and launch parties to assist the expansion of the brand
Building and developing business relationships, contacting fashion houses and striving to get the club featured in fashion shows & press magazines.
Promoting on Social Media platforms, inclusive of Instagram and twitter etc.
Promoting collaborations with fashion houses in line with our brand and what we represent. Developing Marketing strategies for the business.
Email marketing, keeping clients and customers up to date with products.
Forming relationships with clientele as well as working to build your own portfolio of clients.
Responsibility for developing exciting and provocative advertising campaigns.
Working hours will generally be between 9 am to 6 pm, however, there is flexibility for the right candidate. It is highly likely that you will occasionally work outside of these hours when you will be having fun attending fashion show outings and other associated events. A London based applicant is preferred for when attending fashion show outings and other associated events.
Have a good understanding of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce.
Be adaptable & able to work on your own initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A genuine interest in business, fashion and marketing is essential and a prerequisite for this role.
A background within marketing, fashion and accessories / swimwear is also ideal.
Fashion conscious and well presented.
Good marketing understanding and acumen.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Interpersonal & communication skills are essential.
Planning & organisational skills.
Proficient in reading and writing English.
High level of verbal and written communications skills.
Educated to college level at minimum.
Exemplary planning and time management skills.
Keen to learn and grow with the company.
Ambitious imagination in relation to marketing ideas and strategies.
Ability to be inspirational and bring value to the business.
