We are looking for a confident, well organised and hardworking individual who is able to work on their own initiative to join their Sales & Lettings team as a Lettings Specialist. Excellent customer service skills coupled with attention to detail in both written and verbal communications are essential to the role.

The role will include:

Generating and maintaining lettings business through advertising and building relationships with our landlords and tenants

Conducting Lettings & Sales viewings and Lettings property inspections

Preparing landlord and tenant contracts and other paperwork

Move-ins, move-outs and tenancy renewals

Managing maintenance issues and building relationships with our preferred suppliers

Responsibility for ensuring all legal obligations are met

Working with colleagues to ensure workloads are well balanced and handovers are completed.

Competent use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.

Driving license and own car required.

Part-time. 9am - 6pm Weds - Friday. 2 x Sat 9am-4pm a month. (These are the hours we are ideally looking to cover but may be able to offer some flexibility)
