Job Description:
- Manage and ensure smooth shop operations daily
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers to optimize sales opportunities
- Manage and replenish inventory
- Manpower planning for his/her shop to ensure adequate numbers of staff are deployed within the business operations hours
- Create a friendly and yet competitive sales environment to maximize sales output
- Handle daily sales report, analyze sales and overall inventory
- Visual merchandising
- Coach and counsel staff with regard to the standards set by the company
- Other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Preferably with relevant retail work experience of 2 to 3 years
- Work on 3 rotating shift, weekends and Public Holidays, subject to shop transfer
- days' work week
- Friendly, cheerful, and energetic and passionate about the retail business
