Job Purpose:
รขโฌยข Setting the strategy for business development and growth of the region / market
รขโฌยข Generating new business within defined target markets, whilst working alongside the core account servicing teams to develop FITCH strategies, plans and pitch content
รขโฌยข Representing new business at local management level, and reporting on new business and marketing on a regional level
Key Responsibilities:
รขโฌยข Strategy - developing strategies to sell into existing sectors and develop new areas
รขโฌยข Communications - supporting and driving the strategic communication link between FITCH and the prospectรขโฌโขs senior team to assure complete understanding of the prospectรขโฌโขs / clientรขโฌโขs expectations
รขโฌยข Messaging - developing pitch messages and strategy
รขโฌยข Relationship building - working with Managing Director to provide direction relating to project objectives and contractual scope, when appropriate
รขโฌยข Marketing - managing a new business programme to keep pipeline full (including FITCH profile raising opportunities at industry events, key awards and via marketing tools)
รขโฌยข Networking - developing tier one relationships through industry knowledge and contacts and other viable methods against targeted / agreed strategy
รขโฌยข Reporting - responsibility for ensuring that all data is stored /shared and up to date in sales database, Salesforce.com
Professional and Technical Experience:
รขโฌยข Degree qualified, ideally marketing, design or related discipline
รขโฌยข Proven track record in business development, minimum of five yearsรขโฌโข experience in related industry (retail, design etc.)
รขโฌยข Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management levels
รขโฌยข Detail orientated, exceptional organisational skills
รขโฌยข Ability to work collaboratively, lead pitch and kick-off teams to exceed client expectations
รขโฌยข Ability to understand FITCH and succeed in an environment of diverse cultures and disciplines
