As a Project Manager at IWD Singapore, you will be reporting to the Apac MD and aiming at managing 2-3.

You will ultimately be responsible for a prestigious portfolio of clients and projects.

Your duties will be: 

Production management: 

Supervising the projects, especially the main production phases: needs and project scope definition, project kick-off and delivery, billing control, potential turnover development, and business opportunities ;

Guaranteeing that all clients expectations are met and regularly coordinate/ communicate with internal stakeholders (Singapore, Paris)

Managing the local production schedule & coordinate IWD STUDIO resources and/or external freelancers (photographers, graphic designers, 3D ): prepare briefs, check their work, give them feedback to comply with clients' needs and ensure qualitative content deliveries.

You'll be proactive in improving the existing processes and alerting stakeholders to make sure the project is running

Client's Relationship:

Building a long-lasting collaboration and ensure client's

Developing your accounts and expand existing projects by providing suitable solutions and services that IWD offers.

Training users (face to face, group training or web call).

Administrative follow-up (invoicing and global billing control).

REQUIREMENTS & ESSENTIAL QUALITIES

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Experience: professional experience minimum of 5 years, ideally in a SaaS company.

Relevant experience in a complex project-based environment and had responsibility for delivering projects on-time and on budget in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interest in retail and merchandising as well as new technologies.

A sound understanding of PM best practice and business process.

Confident client facing and ability to build a solid relationship.

Attention to detail: we pride ourselves on the quality of our deliverables, from an email to a client presentation. Achieving this is a critical success factor for the role.

Advanced user of basic Microsoft Office programs and Google suite. Photoshop & Illustrator is a plus.

A pragmatic approach to problem-solving.

Willing to travel in APAC about 15% of your time.

Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
