Lifting/Rigging Supervisor

Job Title: Lifting Supervisor Qualifications: Secondary School, Intermediate School, Diploma, or Any Graduation Any Nationality Minimum of 5 years of lifting supervision experience in the construction industry Experience with cranes, hoisting equipment, rigging, and lifting techniques Familiarity with Dubai and UAE safety regulations related to lifting operations ADNOC approval or experience as a Lifting Supervisor is preferred A valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage Job Description Oversee lifting operations on-site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company policies, local laws, and international standards.Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement control measures to prevent accidents.Monitor the condition and maintenance of lifting equipment such as cranes, hoists, and slings, ensuring proper inspection and servicing.Lead and supervise a team of riggers, crane operators, and lifting personnel; provide training on procedures and safety protocols.Develop, review, and implement detailed lifting plans, including load assessments and rigging configurations, ensuring approval before execution.Coordinate lifting operations with other construction activities to minimize disruptions and ensure timely project delivery.Document and investigate lifting incidents or near-misses; develop corrective actions and update safety protocols accordingly.Maintain all required lifting documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.Provide regular updates to the project manager regarding lifting operations, risks, and delays; ensure clear communication with the site team and stakeholders.About Archirodon Construction (Overseas) Company Limited: Archirodon is a reputable international EPC contractor with over 50 years of experience, executing complex projects worldwide in energy, marine, infrastructure, and defense sectors.
