MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Finance), Chartered Accountant(Chartered Accountant)Nationality Indian Male Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, accounting, banking regulations, and compliance within the finance or banking sector. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient cash flow management, statutory compliance, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, international accounting standards, and banking operations.Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax filings, and reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage working capital and cash flow Monitor and manage financial controls and internal audits.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, RBI guidelines, SEBI requirements (if applicable), and other statutory regulations Liaison with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, ESR (Economic Substance Regulations), AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements, and other applicable laws Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities (e.g., DFSA, CBUAE, DIFC)Prepare and submit VAT filings, regulatory reports, and other statutory returns Banking & Treasury Management: Oversee banking relationships and maintain healthy cash and liquidity positions Manage debt, financing arrangements, and bank facilities (LC, BG, term loans)Ensure accurate and timely bank reconciliations and treasury reporting MIS & Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive MIS reports for senior management and board reporting Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making Support business expansion plans through financial modeling and investment analysis Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications & Experience: CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification8–12 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting in finance companies, NBFCs, banks, or investment firms.In-depth knowledge of IFRS, UAE tax & compliance regulations, and banking sector reporting Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Prior team management experience preferred Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
