Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts Nationality Any Nationality Male Vacancy1 Vacancy Job Description· Conduct market research utilizing databases, Linked In, and other resources to identify potential corporate suppliers.· Initiate contact with potential suppliers through cold calls, emails, and direct outreach, maintaining consistent follow-up to generate & convert leads.· Generate & convert leads into deals through effective negotiations and relationship management.· Develop basic knowledge of metal scrap, participate initially with traders in inspections, and later independently conduct inspections, provide pricing, and close deals.· Manage, update, and maintain accurate records within the CRM database and other reporting tools.· Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports to track and demonstrate growth, achievements, and challenges.· Regularly conduct field visits to build and sustain supplier relationships.· Collaborate closely with internal teams and report to XXX and the Head of Department indirectly to ensure alignment of market development strategies.Desired Candidate Profile· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in market development, sales, procurement, or similar roles.· Fluent in English and Hindi; additional language skills such as Arabic are advantageous.· Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel; openness and ability to quickly learn new technologies.· Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to undertake regular local travel.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Employment Type Full Time Company Industry Metals Steel Iron Aluminium Fabrication Department / Functional Area Marketing Brand Management Marketing Research Digital Marketing Keywords Performance Metrics Industry Insights Networking Commercial Development Executive Business Development Executive Business Development Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
