This is a government organisation exploring a broad range of new strategic initiatives for Abu Dhabi to create a lasting impact.Responsibilities: Implement and maintain quality management frameworks (e.g., EFQM, ISO) to enhance service excellence.Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve service performance.Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.Analyse customer experience (CX) data and feedback to drive service enhancements.Engage with stakeholders to align quality objectives with business goals.Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.Promote a culture of service excellence through training and best practices.Qualifications: Strong expertise in IT/tech quality management frameworks such as EFQM and ISO standards.Experience in service performance measurement and data-driven decision-making.Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma preferred).Strong analytical skills to assess trends and optimise service delivery.Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.Certifications such as EFQM Assessor, ISO Lead Auditor, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.Must be a UAE National. #J-18808-Ljbffr
