Job Title: Business Lead for Pet Robot in UAEWe are seeking a dynamic professional to lead and scale the business of Pet Robot in the UAE market. This role focuses on establishing and expanding strategic retail partnerships, with an emphasis on premium retail outlets, corporate clients, pet care facilities, and smart home solution providers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in premium consumer electronics, Pet Tech, home appliances, and a passion for innovation and pet care.Responsibilities: Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the launch of Pet Robot in the UAE and GCC, developing a comprehensive GTM plan for multi-channel distribution, including retailer selection, product pricing, brand positioning, and retail activation.Retail Channel Expansion (offline): Establish relationships with key retail partners such as department stores, lifestyle stores, Pet Care chains, and hardware/DIY stores.e Commerce Channel Expansion: Oversee brand presence on online platforms like Amazon and Noon, optimize listings, and drive performance marketing initiatives.B2B Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard B2B clients such as vet clinics, pet-friendly residential communities, hotels, and pet daycare facilities. Customize product solutions and negotiate contracts.Retail Execution: Ensure premium shelf placement and impactful visual merchandising in collaboration with retail partners.Marketing & Branding: Develop an annual marketing plan, participate in industry events, trade shows, and represent the brand at key events.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, logistics, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to refine strategies and product offerings.Account Management: Create sales forecasts, set targets, and manage performance reports across all channels.Qualifications: MBA from a reputed university.Experience: 5–8 years in premium consumer electronics, smart tech, or home appliances in the UAE.Proven success in managing retail and B2B accounts, developing channel strategies, and closing complex deals.Experience or familiarity with the pet care industry is a strong plus.Desired Candidate Profile: Expertise in distributing consumer electronics in UAE, especially in Pet Tech, home appliances, or innovative electronics.Entrepreneurial, self-starter with the ability to build from the ground up.Commercially sharp with an eye for business opportunities.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
