Piping/Welding Inspector

Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring piping and welding activities to ensure conformity to specifications codes and standards including SHELL DEP and ADNOC protocols.Key Responsibilities: - Inspect weld joints and piping installations.- Verify WPS PQR and welder qualifications.- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections.- Monitor welding processes and consumables.- Prepare inspection reports and documentation.- Ensure compliance with SHELL DEP standards.- Coordinate with third-party and client inspectors.- Support pre-commissioning and final walkdowns.Requirements Requirements: - Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.- 5 years of oil & gas inspection experience.- Degree or diploma in welding preferred.- Experience with international codes and standards.- Familiarity with ADNOC & SHELL specifications.- Certified welding inspection (e.g. CSWIP AWS) is a plus.- Strong documentation and communication skills.- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
