By consistently exceeding expectations, Consara aims to become a trusted partner and a symbol of reliability in the construction industry, leaving a positive impact on the lives of clients, employees, and communities.JOB PURPOSE: The Cost Controller is responsible for coordinating and assuring cost estimation, project budgeting, and cost control during the various project phases, including verification of contractor and cost reports.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for overall quality of cost analysis and adherence to project control methodologies to corporate standards.Assures expenditure phasing by each project team.Assures cost control for both contract and internal costs.Carries out cost risk analysis and supports management of reserve utilization (contingency).Assures project budget development and updating.Provides analysis of cost trends to assist project management in understanding issues early and developing mitigation measures as warranted.Manages the cost engineering team and ensures staff utilized are of the required standard and competencies.Provides full cost engineering, work management, analysis, and cost control guidance in accordance with company requirements.Impact Areas: Cost control reports Risk analysis and mitigation plans MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or QS engineering degree.PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP, or any equivalent professional certificate.08-12 years of experience, of which at least 3 years in a managerial position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
