Senior Business Analyst
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing ERP solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and overall business growth. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and ERP vendors to ensure the successful design, deployment, and optimization of ERP systems.Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering sessions with business users and stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.Analyze, document, and assess business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement using ERP solutions.Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication of functional requirements and technical solutions.Collaborate with ERP vendors, consultants, and IT teams to configure and implement ERP systems tailored to the organization’s needs.Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process maps to communicate business requirements to development teams.Conduct system testing, including Test Run, to ensure ERP solutions meet business needs.Provide ongoing support for ERP users, troubleshooting issues and assisting in system upgrades and maintenance.Stay up to date with the latest ERP trends, functionalities, and industry best practices to propose continuous improvements.Work closely with project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ERP system implementation and management.Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.Extensive experience in analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements through ERP solutions.Proficient in writing business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.Solid understanding of business functions such as finance, supply chain, procurement, HR, or manufacturing, and how ERP systems integrate with these functions.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Experience with data migration, system integration, and report development in an ERP environment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP solutions Agile or Scrum methodology experience.Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).Skills and Competencies: Business Process Mapping Requirements Gathering and Analysis System Configuration and Testing Data Analysis and Reporting Stakeholder Management Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking Strong Documentation and Reporting Skills Change Management Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Analyst Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting and IT System Testing and Evaluation #J-18808-Ljbffr
