We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Supervisor for our Volvo operations based in Doha, Qatar. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Sales, the Sales Supervisor is responsible for the day to day supervision of the showroom reporting.
Main Duties:
The role will involve providing support, motivation and management of Sales Executives, and having a thorough understanding of the sales process. Key responsibilities will include the following:
•Ensuring volume budgets are met and ensuring gross margins are maintained within budgeted limits.
•Responsibility for the display and cleanliness of the showroom, together with an overview on stock levels and ordering requirements.
•Interaction with the workshop, control of the demonstration vehicles, appraisal of used vehicles and efficiently dealing with customer complaints will also be required.
•Organising of staff rotas, driver schedules and vacation planning.
