Role Summary We are hiring an HR Head with 7–12 years of HR Manager experience (legal/paralegal sectors) and ideally certified with CIPD, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP or ISO 9001 auditor credentials. Key Responsibilities (Major Duties) HR Strategy & Workforce Planning Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding Performance Management Employee Relations, Engagement & Welfare Learning & Development HR Compliance & Policy Management G. Administration & Facility Management. Compensation, Payroll & HR Analytics Requirements 7–12 years of HR experience, ideally in UAE professional services or legal/paralegal sectors. Minimum 3–5 years in HR managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR compliance, payroll, and performance systems Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
