We're looking for a permanent full stack web developer, with extensive front end and back end development experience to join our growing and ambitious software development and digital marketing agency in Dubai.
We're looking for somebody who motivated, dedicated and excited to create world class websites and applications, which users love to use and help our clients drive new business and grow.
The role
- Work on the development and build of a number of exciting new ventures and client web build projects
- Take on an existing portfolio of client web build, maintenance and development projects
- Take already UX/UI produced designs and wireframes and accurately translate into clean code providing the visual elements for the website or application
- Ensure that all websites and applications are fully responsive, mobile friendly and cross browser compatible
- Perform code testing, bug testing and fault finding
- Follow best practices in UI/UX testing in terms of Cross browser and cross platform testing
- Manage hosting on AWS and server and database management
Experience, Expertise & Knowledge
- At least 4 years experience as a full stack developer
- Expert in HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery
- Expert in PHP, with working knowledge of at least 1 framework
- Expert in Wordpress, should be able to extend and modify plug ins
- Expert in converting PSDs to pixel perfect HTML templates
- Working knowledge of any HTML templating system is a plus
- Good at working with Linux - Apache servers. Knowledge of AWS is a plus.
- Expert in MYSql and PostgreSQL , NoSQL is a plus
- Experience in using unit test frameworks and front end testing technologies.
