BS in an Engineering discipline Membership with relevant professional association is desirable. Experience & Skills:
12 years experience in the Project management and control of large scale Oil & Gas and industrial projects is required out of which at least 3-4 years experience in handling major Offshore and sub sea Projects. Minimum 10 years experience as Senior Planning Engineer with Client / Contractor organizations responsible for project planning, progress measurement, performance monitoring, Cost Control, trending, monitoring and reporting. High level of computer literacy with relevant Project Control Software's including Primavera P6 / P3, MS- Project, SAP (desirable) etc is required. Well developed analytical and reporting skills, excellent oral/spoken English. Familiarity with local and regional market conditions including good knowledge of productivity rates, marine logistic planning etc would be an added bonus. Must have sound appreciation of all aspects of project development and execution including direct experience in the management of Consultants and Contractors during Front End Definition & Detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction phases of project.
