Key Responsibilities;
Reviewing and approving payment certificates for the contractor assessing and responding to contractors' claims
Reviewing and advising variations
Advising Construction Managers/Resident Engineers in all contractual matters
Providing direction and team leadership to the Construction staff and their respective teams, manage and provide any necessary guidance/training to enhance their performance relative to the goals and objectives of the Contract.
Specific Skills Required;
Experienced in management and administration of various forms of contracts, in particular FIDIC 1999 Red and Yellow books.
Extensive experience in claims and variation order, management and control.
Experience in working with multi-national organizations
Good management and communication skills, strong leadership qualities
Must be commercially astute
