A minimum of 15 yrs post graduate experience in design, site supervision and construction management of major highway projects of a complex nature is required plus a BSc in Civil Engineering from an accredited University and at least 5 yrs at Chartership status.
Key duties include;
Designing projects to required time scales.
Working within the utilities construction team, undertaking consultancy work for civil projects.
Applying skilled knowledge of software systems to undertake the design process.
Sharing knowledge and provide support in all relevant fields of expertise in order to expedite completion the project.
Submiting reports as requested by team leaders, management or client in given field of expertise in order to facilitate construction completion the project.
Assisting team leader in physical review of the site activities and existing utilities .
Undertaking hydrologic and hydraulic analyses of catchment areas based on topographic surveys.
Liaising with other team specialists including road designers, sewerage designers etc to ensure no conflict with other service utilities.
