The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing custom Word Press themes, plugins, and ACF-based solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to create scalable, performance-driven websites.Key Responsibilities: Advanced Custom Fields (ACF): Use ACF to create and manage complex content structures (e.g., custom post types, fields, and taxonomies). Implement ACF fields in custom templates and ensure they integrate seamlessly with the Word Press admin interface. Design and build custom ACF field groups to allow non-technical users to manage complex content.PHP Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient PHP code to extend Word Press functionality. Work with My SQL databases, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity. Implement custom back-end functionality and integrate APIs when necessary.Collaboration & Communication: Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers to implement and optimize Word Press themes. Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery. Communicate with stakeholders about technical aspects of website development and functionality.Required Skills and Qualifications: Word Press Development: Strong experience in developing Word Press websites, both front-end and back-end. Extensive experience with Word Press theme and plugin development. Familiarity with the Word Press loop, template hierarchy, and custom post types.PHP Development: Proficiency in PHP for developing custom functionalities and backend systems. Knowledge of PHP frameworks and integration with third-party APIs. Experience in debugging and optimizing PHP code.Advanced Custom Fields (ACF): Deep understanding of ACF plugin, including custom fields, field groups, and integrating ACF fields into templates. Experience using ACF Pro (e.g., Repeater fields, Flexible Content, Options Pages). Ability to integrate custom field data into themes and back-end systems.Version Control: Experience using Git for version control and collaboration.Database Management: Strong knowledge of My SQL database and ability to write and optimize queries. Familiarity with database migration and management tools.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5 years of professional Word Press development experience. Portfolio showcasing relevant Word Press, PHP, and ACF projects.Key Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
