Looking for an Instrument design engineer holding BE or Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics engineering having minimum 4 to 5 years' of experience in Oil and gas sector. 

The candidate shall have:

Good knowledge on relevant International codes & standards like IEC, BS,NFPA, API ;Identify & review contract requirements for project execution, scope of work; review specifications, Process Data Sheets (PDS), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's), Plot plans, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Review Philosophies, Hazardous Area Classification Drawings, Fire and Gas Detector Layout Drawings and other relevant documents.

Participate in the development of detailed engineering calculations and drawings including the preparation of the design basis document, Block Diagrams, cable routing, Hook-up Drawings, Control Panel Drawings, Control/Equipment Room Layouts, Cable Tray Layouts; Co-ordinate with another engineering discipline in the integration of data inputs.

Preparation & obtaining techno-commercial offer from vendors, technical evaluation of vendor bid offers & review vendor drawings and Participate in the preparation of Purchase orders for the procurement of equipment and Preparation and submission of specifications, data sheets, Instrument index, cable schedule, Terminations Diagram, Cause & effect diagrams, Input & Output list, checklists, MTO etc. based on ;Attend meetings with client and vendor representatives as and when required, participate in internal staff meetings, ensure the progress of assigned activities in accordance to schedule.
