What do we expect from you:

• Play a key role in helping clients in pre & post-sales implementations and supporting them through their journey with Hevo.
• Serve as a voice of the customer with the rest of the team at Hevo for improvements in messaging, processes and product features
• Provide resolutions and/ or Work around to customer queries/ issue as appropriate.
• Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met for all promised resolutions
• Reproduce customer issues for diagnosis/ further analysis, passing acknowledged Service errors to Engineering team and QA
• Complete Ownership: Track Support issues/Improvements through to closure upon complete agreement with Customers at all times
• Be involved in Knowledge Sharing (Knowledge Base Articles, Documentation, Forums, Blogs, )
• Exhibit continuous improvement in technical knowledge and problem resolution skills and strive for excellence

Required experiences and skills:

• Bachelors degree in CS/IT required
• Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills
• Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure such as Amazon web services, google compute etc.
• Firm grasp of SQL, data warehousing, ETL concepts
• Firm grasp of how a full stack application works right from the web tier, application tier, and the database tier
• Ability to learn complex new things quickly
• Occasional involvement in support over weekends/ early/ late shifts (6AM-10PM window at worst - working remotely)
• Be a team player with an ability to work under pressure with good time management skills
